I need help ASAP! I am trying to finish building a lemonstand website But I'm having big time trouble setting up the forms. First I have a form that i added extended fields too with no problems, but adding the dropdown menus (2) and the tick box field to show on backend area is my issue.

Second is getting my form set up to my merchant acc (authorize.net) to make the charge that they select from the drop down menu.

Also getting the website not to send a password to the user til I want to send them a password and login to the site.

Can someone please help me and let me know how much this would cost me. I really need this done tonight. I know...but i need too.
