Small bug when removing item from cart: Undefined variable: cart_total

Our cart is exhibiting a minor issue when attempting to remove an item from the cart.

When there are multiple products in the cart and the "X" is clicked to remove one of the items, error "Undefined variable: cart_total" pops us. A refresh of the page clears out the product from the list however.

The removal feature works as normal when there is only a single item in the cart.

Any advice?
