My current CMS has a nice feature that I would to see implemented in LS too.
First of all I can export the stock in an excel file which contains the SKU, the name of the product, its price and quantity. So I can tell quickly what I should order and what approximately value the stock has. I do not use this for accounting, of course.
When I receive a new shipment of goods I can alter the quantity field in that excel file and it will update in the store on import. My CMS doesn't allow blank for the quantity like LS does so there should be some kind of a problem here, I guess. I would also be nice if, upon entering a value in a blank quantity field, "Track inventory" would activate itself.

Hi!
Yes, that is a good feature. LemonStand almost can do the same thing. We only need to add the product export feature, which is already planned. When you import products from a CSV file, you can ask LemonStand to update existing products, including stock values. Thus you can update stock values using the product import feature. When we add the product CSV Export feature, you will be able to export all products, update SKU values in Excel and import the file back to LemonStand.
Thank you for sharing, anyway!
