Printable invoices and packing slips

Hi!

We just published an update which includes the printable invoices and packing slips features. LemonStand invoices and packing slips are 100% customizable. You can create invoices with any layout and details. Documentation is coming soon.

Hi, Matt!

Yes, we are planning to implement USPS label printing, because USPS supports them. I also wanted to ask - what do you think, can we print shipping labels for shipping service which do not support automated label printing? Such labels could just contain only the destination location and a sender info, right?

Awesome! As for the other shipping services, I would assume you're correct in your assumption. However, PayPal has a great shipping tool that I usually use, if you have a PayPal account you can access it through this "secret" link:

I call it secret because if you search for "paypal shipping link" on Google you'll find a few sites with people talking about it. Anyways, that may be an option for people who don't want to use USPS, but then again just printing a standard label with the addresses and maybe a logo (like the customizable invoices) would probably be easier.

this is great news - well done!

Are you able to select multiple orders and print out invoices or packing slips for them in one go?

Also would be useful for shipping labels - print off a batch at a time!

Hi, guys!

Thank you for the suggestion. We will definitely implement the batch printing feature for the shipping labels. Regarding the invoices and packing slips - we will try to implement the feature as well. The problem is that we are trying to avoid having any third-party stuff for generating PDF documents in LemonStand, because such solutions are usually very heavy and provide low quality documents. It would be difficult to implement customizable reports using any PDF generating software. We will try to solve the task using only the capabilities of modern browsers.

Hey guys,

I'm looking at updating my shipping options and am wondering if you're planning on implementing any great shipping features before I do so. Mostly interested in label printing via USPS or PayPal (although I'm also looking into Endicia.com). Any updates? :D

Wondering if there were any updates regarding this. Printing labels have been the only painful process I've had to deal with lemonstand. Everything else is a breeze, but this takes too much of my time every day.
