considering LS for a potential client project, but they have some specific requirements which are important to them!
Can anyone advise if the following are achievable; either out of the box or via some mods?
1. give customers a "discount" based on cart value, but the discount is in fact a free product!
So, spend more than £100 and get a free product x added to your cart, spend £50 - £100 and get a free product y added to your cart and so on. Of course, if the cart value changed and the customer was not longer eligible for the free product then it should be automagically removed from the cart!
How would you do this?
2. fulfill one order in multiple parts, sending each part (one or more products) to a different delivery address specified by the customer - can be several addresses used for one order.
May need email notifications for each part.
Each 'part order' must be clearly shown on screen
3. part fulfill an order, sending some of the items now and some later.
Each 'part order' is sub-totaled on screen and also when exported, to save manual calculation.
Any advice appreciated!
I need a degree of comfort that this is do-able before progressing with the client as these are key requirements. Nothing is agreed contractually yet.
Thanks
Mark :)
