I know this may be late for some docs, but can future updates/newly released docs have a date reference?

Sometimes I (don't know about others) look at the docs and think if this is something I have read before, or something newly added. Also, date references would be great to follow when a new feature's document has been released/updated so we can follow up with the changes,
