product image management in frontend

Hello

I know that what i'am about to ask is not best thing to do, but lack of localisation in admin area is forcing me to do some walkarounds :)

Is there an easy way of incorporating some elements of product form into the shop frontend? I'am thinking about product image management and category selection.
