Hi - I just started with a client who is using lemonstand. They want to use wordpress to manage the blog feature due to apparently limited lemonstand blog capabilities. I can theme the wordpress theme to match the design of lemonstand, but I just wanted to see the complications of putting wordpress in. I am planning on using /blog/ to hold wordpress. I wanted to ping the forum community to provide another other posting on this matter, or things to watch out for. Looking forward to working with lemonstand and wordpress and thanks in advance for the input.

Hi!
I don't see anything wrong with that. More than a few use both LS and WP together. In both ways, WP in /blog, or LS in /store. If WP is in /blog, then you just need to edit the .htaccess. See here: http://lemonstandapp...ith_lemonstand/
However, users for both would be maintained separately. There is no bridge between the two.
Personally, I would find out what features they believe LS Blog is missing - perhaps there is a solution.

Hi Eric,
Can I copy and paste the modified .htaccess code to work with a subdomain name blog.lemonstand.com, or would the coding be different?
Reason I am asking is because the customer is not using www.lemonstand.com/blog but instead blog.lemonstand.com
Thanks!

If they are using blog.lemonstand.com, then you don't have to change or worry about anything. They shouldn't conflict in any way.
