grouping partials

...possible UI improvement...

...to be able to "group" partials in the "Partials" tab, into folders/categories...

...taking the idea from modx CMS, whereby (for example) chunks in modx can be categorized or grouped into folders...

...i guess it also would be handy to "mirror" this in the external site partials folder (when using file based templates)...

...that way it can assist in cutting down pagination of partials or having a thumping great list of them to sort through...

...in fact, i think the folder tree structure of modx CMS is pretty well intuitive with this regard.

...anyone agreed?

This may be a good idea, I could get behind it. maybe split off into module folders. Shop: could become shop/ and each module could put it's partials in a folder.

If you wanted to do this sort of grouping and you find yourself in the file based templates during dev a lot, you might look into page_blocks for your partials, if they aren't going to be used anywhere else. They will all reside in the one page, which is handy. See the profile module for an example.

This would be very nice to clean things up. Especially on sites with lots of partials in use.
