I'm just wondering whether anyone has integrated an open source, licensed, or hosted customer support ticketing system into their Lemonstand site.
If so, has it been integrated so that order numbers on tickets are linked to an order in the Lemonstand admin in any way?
Are there any ticket systems people can recommend?
Are there any plans to put one into Lemonstand itself?

Hi,
We have no plans for developing a ticket system for LemonStand. We have heard that somebody was going to develop such a module, but we have no information about the progress.
