Simplicity - Shop By Subcategory

Hi,

Embarrassingly, I cannot find where the wording 'Shop by Subcategory' comes from, in the Simplicity theme, when i go to a Category page with Subcategories, as I would like to change it.

I have looked in all the partials, pages etc, but I must be having a few senior moments at the same time.

If someone could point me to where it is, I would be grateful.

...it's on the pages tab...

...in the "Store" folder > "Category" page...
