Is that doable in LemonStand?
In addition, for online customer service, would it be possible to include a customer support ticket system and online forum as well (shopping cart, support ticket system, forum are all integrated, no need to login into different system to buy online, submit after-sales service request, etc. )?

I'm sorry for the delay.

That is not possible right now. LemonStand allows building custom checkout scenarios and include custom fields to the checkout pages. But files are not supported. However we can extend the API in order to support file upload. Please let me know when you are going to begin working on the project.

There are no ticket system and forum modules for LemonStand now. Both of tasks are complicated and require much time and efforts. We are not planning to develop such modules in the near future. You have two options - develop these modules by yourself, or use third-party software. But if you will use third-party software, you will need to implement the user integration by yourself and we cannot guarantee whether it will be possible with a specific third-party application.
Thank you

Thanks for the feedbacks.
For us, 2 functions that we definately would need:
1) file upload (multiple files) per order basis (this is to allow customer upload their artwork file for product customization)
2) file attachment to the customer message per order basis (this is to allow us to send the customized product photos to customers for their confirmation).
Is there any chance to include these features as the standard features?

OK, we will add the file upload support!

We will add the file upload features to the API. In LemonStand there is now a "standard checkout implementation". The default store which we distribute with the installer is an example of the API usage. We will add the file support to the API and will explain how to implement the uploading on the checkout pages in LemonStand documentation.
The file support is not a minor task. It could take several days to implement. Right now we cannot allow time for that task. Most likely it will be done after the release.
Thank you

Thanks for the prompt response.
1) the file upload (support multiple files) at checkout is great
2) the file attachment features is with regards to the customer notification (please see the attached screen shot). i would urge you to consider including this feature asap, as without a ticket support system, customer notifications with the file attachment can serve as a ticket support system for after sales or even pre-sales customer service. Today, even a forum thread would allow you to upload a file attachment (such as this post. :-) )

Your attachment has not been uploaded. :-) Please click the Add File button next to the file field to add a file before you click the Submit.

I moved the task a bit higher in our to-do list. You see, we have hundreds of requests waiting in the list. Also, the during the pre-release work we will have less time to work on the features. But I will try to implement this feature as soon as I can.
Thank you
