Hi Jez,

The Terms checkbox implementation could depend on the payment method. Not all payment methods post data to LemonStand server with AJAX, some post data directly to the payment gateway. Which payment method you use?

Sagepay Direct method. They have a new customer policy that a checkbox for agreeing to terms is in place before approving the merchant account application.
