Hi,

We just updated LS and discovered an issue when it came to adding items to an order. The problem is with the Find item dialog box (screen shots attached).

1. We cannot navigate between screens/pages of the Find item page. If we attempt to, we get an error at the top of the screen
2. If we attempt to search for a product, we get a different error (see second screen shot)
3. There doesn't appear to be a good work around

To duplicate:
A. Use create Order
B. Click on Add Item
C. Attempt to either search for a product, or navigate to one of the other pages in the Find Product dialog.

Please advise.

Hi rtd,

I checked in my test store that is fully updated and was not able to replicate the issue, adding order items works fine. Do you have any custom modules installed? Try disabling them if you do, if the issue goes away then the problem is in one of your modules.
If you'd like us to take a look, please submit a technical support ticket with your store's backend credentials (login url, username and password). If it does turn out to be a bug on our end, we'll refund you the support credit.

This isn't a bug per-say but perhaps some unexpected behaviour. When the "Find Product" dialog is fired in LS (except the first time, it seems?) in the context of an order, it fires the shop:onDisplayOrdersPage event. I guess it's the LS team's call whether that's a bug or intentional behaviour.

Let's hope this is not intended behavior because we cannot create an order, because we cannot get to the products we want to put on the order.

Well it's fairly easy to work-around (things should be fixed, by the way :)) but I'm just alerting them of the issue.
